The Power Behind EZ-Screen Machines

If one is using any kind of high-productivity system, the only way to achieve savings in materials or cost is if it is being powered efficiently. When there is a high ratio of energy to output, the machine will cost more to operate. This also affects time constraints, since the machine will output less in a given amount of time. Topsoil screeners, such as the EZ 500XL and the EZ 1200XL, have a drive system that is powered by a diesel engine. The engine turns a shaft that causes a screening action, which in turn generates energy, which is used to power a hydraulic pump in the conveyor system. Therefore, the portable screening plants use some of the energy made by their operation to power their own components.

If anyone is looking for something that conserves energy, it’s evident that anything that uses its own energy to power itself will save time and money. Once the project is done, the savings will be realized and hopefully as close to budget as anyone could hope a construction project to be. This is especially important for a low budget project taken on by a homeowner, with limited funding, using a portable screener on private property.
